CONDITIONS
- The "Meal Plan" does not apply with other discounts, programs or promotions.
- It is subject to blocked dates.
- Prepay price will be valid until 72 hours prior to arrival, after this date, regular price will apply.
- Taxes & service are included. If the guest wishes to add a tip, it can be charged to his check or in cash.
- All guests in the room must purchase the "Meal Plan”
- The "Meal Plan" must be contracted for at least three days that must be used at the end of the stay.
- Guests will be given a wristband that must be used all time. In the event that the bracelet is lost, the replacement of the same will cost 50USD.
- The "Meal Plan" starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
- Meals will be served at the available a la carte or buffet restaurants. A la carte options include 3-course meals (Entrée, main course & dessert / Salad, soup & main course, etc.)
- The guest has the right to one (1) Box Lunch per day, which will replace a meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Included drinks are considered only by glass.
- Premium Brands, bottles of wine, and Champagne are not included, they can be purchased with a 30% discount on the price notified in the menu. To know the brands included refer to the provided list.
- Restaurant schedules and menus are subject to change without notice.
- Menus and restaurants will be subject to availability at the time of request or reservation.
- The "Meal Plan" does not include food and drinks in room service, beauty salon, Spa treatments, gym drinks or products from stores: Portales, Tobacco Shop, Santamarina, Artesano and El Molino Café.
- The "Meal Plan" does not include takeout orders, all consumption must be inside the restaurant.
- Special events are not included on the “Meal Plan" (Brunch, July 4th, September 15th, Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Eve Dinner, New Year's Eve Dinner, among others). In the case that you wish to attend a special event, an extra fee will be charged.
- After each meal, a check for the total consumed will be delivered. Information such as room number, name and signature will be requested for internal control only, no charge will be made.
- Changes and cancellations can be made 7 days prior to arrival, after this time 100% of the total requested will be charged.
- In the case of meals or drinks not consumed, no credits or refunds apply.
- Food, drinks and benefits of the “Meal Plan" cannot be shared or transferred to other guests.
- Some menu items will incur an extra cost or are designed to share, your waiter will inform you about these.
- Catch of the day must be delivered at least 5 hours before desired cooked time.
- Payments with American Express will be reflected in Mexican pesos. A slight difference in the Card Statement may apply due to the fluctuation in the exchange rate.
